We have developed over fifty in house ion channel cell lines, covering most voltage-gated and ligand-gated ion channels, including Navs, Kvs, Cavs, GABA, TRP, and etc. Our primary goal is to establish functionally validated, high quality ion channel cell lines suitable to be used in both manual and automated electrophysiological assays for commercial service purpose, and rapidly increase our portfolio of available ion channel library to meet the sponsors’ demands through cell lines development.
